Vighna Bamboo Briyani Tampoi

We went during new year 2025. As usual it’s a PH & it’s super crowded. However we have decided to wait and eat. The food is delicious. Claypot briyani, shellout, bamboo briyani taste scrumptious! The environment was great too!

The portions of the food are generous. The food tastes good, but the prawn biryani could use a little less salt. The Thiruvilla Sapadu was amazing, and the mutton was incredibly tender. The biryani masala curry is flavorful and rich with spices. Overall, the food was awesome. The environment was great too, with the soothing sound of the fountain adding a peaceful touch.

Great food! Tastes just like home cooked food! A short drive further into JB from SG. Highly recommend. Especially the Mutton Thurvilla Food that was on the special menu! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Had a great time, with great service

The variety of meats on offer was impressive, ensuring that there was something for everyone. But what really caught my attention was the spicy and fragrant flavors that permeated every dish. However, while the food was exceptional, the music playlist left a lot to be desired. Despite the questionable music selection, the quality of the food was undeniable. The portion sizes were more than generous, and the variety of meats on offer ensured that there was something for every palate.

Their food are amazing, portions are big, the interior designing are really good... The only thing is it's too stuffy inside and the song selection is too noisy till can gives you headache if you are not someone used to it.. My suggestion would be to play any Tamil instrumental audio or slow songs so customers can enjoy while eating... Overall it was a good experience..

First time dinning in a this restaurant in JB. My bestie drove me here. So not sure how far is it from JB Customs. Food was nice. Atmosphere was lovely. Service was brilliant . We shared the chicken VTS along side with the mutton soup , sardines sambal and prawns sambal. Its was so nice. Highly recommended Indian food in Johor bahru. Price was affordable.
